These terms are effective as of February 13, 2015.
IMPORTANT: No Returns OR EXCHANGES on any Files, including, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL NAIL AND FOOT FILES, RASPS AND MANICURE PUSHERS. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED DUE TO OBVIOUS HYGENIC ISSUES.
You may Return or Exchange an item within 14 days of delivery. All you need to do is Contact Us: for a Return or Exchange Authorization Number, Instructions and Shipping Address before returning a product.
Once the returned product(s) have been received and inspected by Marley’s Online Boutique for damage or wear, your refund will be processed using the same purchase method used to acquire the item(s). If expedited shipping charges are applicable to your order, those charges will not be refunded. Please allow the refunds to be issued within 3-7 business days.
Marley’s Online Boutique will replace a product (see exceptions below) via ground shipping. Custom orders cannot be Returned or Exchanged. Returned or Exchanged products must be sent back in the exact condition you received them in. Any applicable tags must still be on the product.
When Returning or Exchanging a product, you are also responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. For your protection, you may want to insure the return shipment as we will not be held responsible for the condition of the products being returned or for lost or misdirected items shipped back to us. YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, INSTRUCTIONS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT.
We will always help you get what you need - excellence in customer service is our focus. We refuse, however, to aid in fraudulent practices and this policy helps mitigate that problem. Once again, there will be no Refunds or Exchanges on Hair and any Files.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a Refund or Exchange (please do not assemble, modify or use the product in any way).
Please note the following details about Returns or Exchanges:
An order cannot be canceled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after you have received the shipment, our standard Return or Exchange policy applies.
Returned or Exchanged items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
Please do not modify or use a product before Returning or Exchanging it or else we cannot Refund or Exchange your purchase.
The few exceptions that cannot be Returned or Exchanged include:

Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS REVIEW YOUR SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCT!! If items are damaged in shipping, the PURCHASER must contact the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt to submit a claim for the damage. Also, please contact Marley’s Online Boutique to let us know you have submitted a claim with the carrier.

MARLEY’S ONLINE BOUTIQUE AND PURCHASER AGREE THAT IN CONSIDERATION OF THE ABOVE EXPRESS WARRANTY, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OTHER THAN TITLE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHETHER ARISING UNDER LAW OR EQUITY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS CONTRACT.
The sole liability of Marley’s Online Boutique and the exclusive remedy of the Purchaser arising out of the manufacture, sale or furnishing of the products hereunder or its use, on warranties or otherwise, shall be limited to the cost of replacement of defective products as herein specified. Further Marley’s Online Boutique maximum liability hereunder, arising from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of contract or tort (including negligence), shall not exceed the contract price of the products furnished hereunder.
